About This Property

Welcome to your home-away-from-home in Dubai! This is a beautiful two-bedroom apartment with modern furniture in an exclusive and wonderful tower Gold Crest Views 2. Jumeirah Lake Towers is just five minutes walk to the metro and 10 mins by car to the JBR beach. It is also only a 5-minute walk to the famous Almas Towers. There are a number of restaurants and cafes in JLT. Amenities in the building are also as amazing as the apartment itself! We look forward to hosting you in Dubai! "Wow" would be the first reaction when you step into this apartment. It has the power to give you the feeling of being at home. From the fully equipped kitchen to the dining area, everything seems home-like as if you are still in the comfort of your own home. Everything has been prepared to help you stay here with ease and comfort. The living area has an L-shaped sofa, unique center table, and a cable TV on a nice wooden rack. The bedrooms have double beds that are complete with covers and linens that are fresh enough with the softest mattresses to ensure that you will have a good night's sleep. There's also a balcony where you can step out on to enjoy your morning coffee and breathe in some fresh air while looking out onto the city and the lake view. You will have access to the building pool and gym facilities. The metro is a short walk away as well if you fancy going around Dubai on your own. **Please be informed that the Sewage Tank Cleaning will commence on Tuesday, 28th Feb 2023 between 8.00 pm to 6.00 am. As a result, you may observe an unpleasant smell in the basement area for the next few days. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding.
