At bnbme we believe it is your property and you can use it when ever you like. Just let us know in advance and we will block the dates for you. There is no cost in you using your own property, the only fee you need to pay is our cleaning fee.
Our agreement has no lock in periods so you can choose to take it off the market whenever you u feel like. The only thing we ask if for you to honor the bookings that are committed, by either using your place or rehousing them. If the rehousing is at an extra charge then you will be responsible to pay for the difference.
We insure your property belongings whilst it is occupied. All our guests are thoroughly screened and anyone with a previous negative review will not be allowed to book your property.
Yes ofcourse, most of our current clients live Internationally in India, Pakistan, Uk, East Africa and Europe. You do not need to be present for us to manage your property. Part of our services includes paying all your bills and fees on your behalf.
You bet, many of the apartments or Villa’s we represent have been furnished by us and our designers. We will go and do the shopping for you and send you the bill. We have a service charge for this which can be discussed.
