  The location is perfect, and the apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. There were a few issues during our stay. Check-in is at 4pm, which is later than usual, and unfortunately there was no flexibility with the check-in time. The security guard wasn’t available when we arrived, but luckily the host provided us with the access code so we could get in. The allocated parking space was also taken by someone else, so we had to use another space. This wasn’t a major issue as there were plenty of other spaces available, but it would have been preferable for the allocated space to be available. The door also didn’t lock consistently, which was a concern. The WiFi barely worked during our stay, and there was no mobile signal inside the building, which made it particularly difficult to stay connected. Overall, the location and cleanliness were great, but the check-in, parking, door lock and connectivity issues could be improved.

  Je suis resté seulement 2 nuits sur les 8 prévues. Le gros problème, c'est internet : moins de 2 Mbps en wifi et quasi rien en 4G dans l'appart, avec des coupures. Impossible d'envoyer un message ou de charger une page, donc impossible de travailler. Le problème a été signalé dès le premier soir mais n'a jamais été réglé. La piscine de l'immeuble était complètement vide, et ce n'était indiqué nulle part. Un soir, un inconnu a aussi frappé à ma porte en insistant pour récupérer quelque chose dans l'appartement, alors que personne n'était autorisé. Point positif : Laya répond vite et reste polie, elle m'a aussi laissé partir une heure plus tard. Mais ça n'a pas suffi à régler les problèmes, et c'est l'assistance Airbnb qui a dû me reloger. À éviter si vous avez besoin d'internet.

  The room was okay, but the building elevator was poor and unreliable. The area has severe traffic congestion, making it very inconvenient to commute to work. We were often stuck in traffic and had to cut our stay short because of this.
