Cancellation
Cancellation policy: Stays under 28 nights—full refund at least 5 days before check-in, partial refund thereafter; stays of 28+ nights—full refund at least 30 days before check-in, otherwise the first 30 nights are non-refundable for pre-arrival cancellations. A 10% discounted non-refundable option is available for short stays, subject to Airbnb’s applicable free-cancellation period.

House rules
