  Terrible stay. The host and management were careless and unresponsive. An extra room, not shown in the photos, was full of old, cluttered items. The property did not match the photos, but the host refused cancellation. The sofas and carpets smelled so bad we couldn’t sit on them. Cleaning was arranged only after three days, followed by two more days waiting for the sofas to dry. The property had poor ventilation, little natural light, a strong damp smell, leaking sinks, and plumbing issues that caused the kitchen tap to make loud noises whenever the toilet was used. Our requests were ignored until Airbnb intervened. Thankfully, we cancelled the final two weeks with a partial refund. Dirty, poorly maintained property and an awful hosting experience. Absolutely not recommended!

Following the viewing, you shared your concerns about the sofa not being a sofa bed, the additional room, and the apartment’s natural light. As the listing does not mention a sofa bed which you thought it has, we offered to provide a foldable extra bed to accommodate your needs. The additional room is a storage area and is not part of the advertised guest accommodation hence we keep it closed and doesn't mention it in the listing. Regarding maintenance, our team responded promptly when a bathroom leak was reported and inspected the apartment. No active leakage was found at the time. We were not made aware of any issues with the kitchen sink or plumbing noises during your stay. When concerns about the sofas and carpets were raised during stay, we arranged cleaning. We also offered a complimentary extra bed and an early check-in at 12 PM as goodwill gestures. Regarding your reservation, the shortened stay and refund for the unused nights were agreed upon through Airbnb. We always aim to provide a comfortable stay and do our best to address concerns when they arise. We’re sorry that your overall experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
