  Disappointing Cleanliness and Maintenance We paid AED 9,000 for a two-bedroom apartment for two weeks, and unfortunately, the standard fell well short of expectations. The walls were scuffed and dirty, curtains visibly filthy, and the sofa so unpleasant that I covered it with my own towels before sitting on it. The washing machine, vacuum cleaner and kitchen sink plugs all required attention, and no spare bed linen was provided. To their credit, guest support was polite and responsive, and the vacuum cleaner and sink plugs were eventually replaced. However, these issues should have been identified before check-in. Guests should not have to spend their stay reporting maintenance problems and coordinating repairs. The biggest disappointment was the apparent lack of quality control, proper cleaning and preventative maintenance. At this price point, a clean, comfortable and functional apartment is a reasonable expectation. Unfortunately, poor value for money. I would not stay again.

  Functional and practical

  After the first day there was some stale smell. Not sure where it was coming from but maybe the washing machine. The WiFi kept cutting out. More information would be helpful.
