  Mi peor estadía en un sitio hasta el momento, por el servicio, creen que son muy listos. Dice que va hacer una cosa y hacen otra, para cosas muy sencillas de solucionar, es un problema o toda una negociacion. Supremamente conplicado, altamente no recomiendo este lugar para alojarse

We also remained available to assist with your requests and accommodated an extension of your original reservation. Unfortunately, further extension was not possible due to availability. We take guest feedback seriously and continuously work to improve our service. We regret that, despite our efforts to accommodate your requests, your overall experience was disappointing.

  Lovely location.gorgeous views, comfortable and problems were addressed thanks to a Sarbjeet Singh

  Stunning views and location. Pool and beach amazing. Poolside restaurant beautiful but disappointed didn’t do breakfast mid week. Hotel attached to resort was beautiful and can have breakfast at a cost. Apartment was easy to access as landed very late. Full instructions sent. Lovely comfortable beds. Loads of towels. Gorgeous location

  Could be better: Very dated kitchen which needs addressing. Oven was dirty. Fridge freezer was broken resulting in a lot of thrown out food. After 3 times saying it it fixed it wasn’t. However when escalated a lady called Sarbjeet Singh arranged a new fridge to be delivered and helped us to continue to enjoy our holiday. More information on stay is needed. Where rubbish goes? Parking ? Passes ? Where, how , what beach access etc only one pass worked. Cleaning balcony glass would improve view. Great stay over all and really helpful staff at reception who got a wheelchair for my partner. Big thanks to them. 👍

  Great location with excellent amenities -the complex has direct beach access, a pool, gym, and kids club. The apartment itself is a bit dated, and some appliances (fridge, microwave, etc.) had issues during our stay. Also, the bathroom light would turn on whenever the kitchen light was used. They sent someone to fix it but it was still on and off. Overall, fantastic facilities but the apartment could use some maintenance.
