Beautiful place, right next to Burj Khalifa. Beautiful, new, pristine place. The only challenge was the check in process. Otherwise it's a beautiful place. Great stay.

In from 16:00, out by 11:00. In from 4pm, out by 11am. Self check-in with a code. Guest ID is required before arrival and we ask for it by message.

No parties or events. No smoking indoors. Quiet after 11pm. A refundable card hold covers damage, released after check-out.
