House Rules

  1. Reservations are not considered guaranteed until full payment and Security Deposits are not received by “bnbme Holiday Homes by Hotelier”. bnbme reserves the right to cancel all reservations without notifying the guest in case of no payment.
  2. Confirmation of your reservation will be emailed to you. Please read the confirmation for accuracy of dates, mailing address, number of occupants. In case of discrepancy please notify us within 24hrs.
  3. Standard check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12pm. Early check in and late check outs are subject to availability with additional charges.
  4. All properties are Nonsmoking as per the U.A.E Federal Law. Smoking is allowed only in designated area. Breaking of rule will be dealt according to U.A.E Laws and fine of 2,000 AED will be charged if found evidence of smoking inside the property.
  5. When using the balcony to smoke, please be aware that throwing cigarette buds down from the balcony is a major cause of building fires in the UAE and carries a penalty by law of 1,000 AED.
  6. No fireworks are permitted in or on the properties of bnbme Holiday Homes by Hotelier.
  7. Fire arms or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
  8. bnbme Holiday Home is not responsible for the loss or damage of any valuable belongings during your stay. We request all guest not to leave valuable unattended.
  9. All item found are endorsed and logged in “Lost and Found” section of housekeeping and kept available for collection at any time. Any lost and found not claimed with in 30 days will be donated or discarded.
  10. bnbme Holiday Homes by Hoteliers reserves the right at its discretion to charge a security deposit in AED in Cash or Pre-auth from the credit card. Security deposits will be refunded 48 Hours after check out. The deposit amounts are mentioned below.
  11. A handling fee of AED 35 will be charged for all cash deposits and will be transferred back via online banking.
  12. Visitors are allowed in the property as per the rules and regulations by the Building Management. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. Any visitor staying overnight will be considered as guest and subject to additional charges.
  13. Guest will follow the regulations of building and master community.
  14. The property may not be used for parties or events that cause disturbance to neighbors or to the community in general. Loud music or other noise is not allowed after 10pm.
  15. You are responsible for the property during your stay. bnbme Holiday Homes by Hoteliers reserves the right to charge you for any damage to the property or breakage of any item present in the property. This includes, but is not limited to chinaware, glassware, furniture and carpets, decorative items, kitchen appliances, bath and bed linen, pool tables, pools and Jacuzzis.
  16. You assume all risk related to the use of any provided appliance, hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, swimming pool etc. including illness or injury.
  17. bnbme Holiday Homes by Hoteliers cannot guarantee against any mechanical failure, electrical issue, water supply, audio visual equipment, internet access etc. Please report any issue/inappropriate equipment immediately to bnbme Holiday Homes by Hoteliers.
  18. bnbme Holiday Homes by Hoteliers shall not be liable nor deemed in default under this agreement for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligation due to arising out of any act not with in its control, including, without limitation, acts of God.
  19. This agreement and all transactions contemplated by this agreement shall be governed by, and construed and controlled with the laws of Dubai, U.A.E. Any civil section or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be brought in the court of record of Dubai, U.A.E
  20. Your agreement to stay in the property ceases at 12pm on the check-out date, post which bnbme Holiday Homes by Hoteliers does not require your approval to enter the property.
  21. The rental agreement of this property is of a temporary nature as per the dates in the booking made and under no circumstance can the rented property be registered or considered as primary residence.
  22. A cash security deposit is required for each stay at check-in and will be returned upon departure after the property inspection is completed by our Guest Relations Ambassador.
  23. The deposits are set at the value of:
    • Studio - 350 AED
    • 1-bedroom apartment 500 AED
    • 2-bedroom apartment 500 AED
    • 3-bedroom apartment 700 AED
    • 4-bedroom apartment 900 AED
    • 5-bedroom apartment or villa - 2,000 AED
